Billing Questions
You can renew your Prepay Plan both online and in-store.
• Online: Visit the FleekMobile website to renew securely.
• In-store: Stop by any FleekMobile retail store for assistance.
If your Prepay Plan has expired:
1. Renew your plan immediately through the FleekMobile website or in-store.
2. Your service will be restored once payment is processed.
3. If your number has been inactive for a long period, contact FleekMobile support to check if your number is still available.
1. Contact FleekMobile immediately (dial 732-307-9162 or use website support).
2. Request to suspend your line to stop unauthorized use.
3. Visit a store or request online to replace your SIM/eSIM. Your number and plan can be transferred to your new SIM safely.
Try the following: Restart your device, reinsert the physical SIM, or for eSIM, refresh installation or network settings. If the issue continues, contact support or visit a store.
