How to recognize official FLEEKMOBILE messages and keep your line, SIM, and account secure.
Last updated March 1, 2026
Use official channels
FLEEKMOBILE will never ask you to share a one-time code, account PIN, or full payment card number by text, social media, or an unexpected call.
Contact us only through the phone, WhatsApp, and email published on our Contact page, or by signing in to your account on this website.
Protect your account
Keep your port-out PIN and login password private. Do not reuse the same password you use for email or banking.
If you lose your phone or SIM, contact support right away so the line can be suspended before someone else uses it.
Spot phishing and fake offers
Ignore messages that pressure you to click a link, pay an “overdue” balance, or claim a prize. Check the sender address and type our website address yourself instead of following the link.
We do not sell plans through unofficial marketplaces or ask you to pay friends, gift cards, or wire transfers.
Devices and public networks
Keep your phone software current and lock the screen with a passcode. Review app permissions before you install anything that asks for SMS or phone access.
Avoid entering account or payment details on public Wi-Fi. Use your FLEEKMOBILE data connection or a network you trust.
Report a problem
If you think your line, SIM, or account was accessed without permission, email info@fleekmobile.com or call the number on our Contact page. Include your phone number and what happened—do not send passwords or full card numbers.
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy.
