Do I need a plan before I shop?
You can browse anytime. Filtering by plan helps show compatible phones and SIM kits for the package you intend to use.
Can I buy a SIM only?
Yes — use the category filter to find SIM kits alongside phones and bundle deals. If your phone supports eSIM, you can also buy an eSIM online.
What happens after checkout?
Follow the activation instructions included with your order. Renewals for existing lines are handled separately on our renew page.
Is my payment information safe?
